Fantastic service before, during and after installation. Short timeline from ordering to install appointment. Financing was available and that was easy too. Pricing was better than many others and the windows are made with quality. With the warranty...can't beat it!

Universal Windows replaced all the windows in our 25-year-old house constructed from poor, builder grade materials. A simple test of placing our hands on the inside window panes in winter proved that any energy efficiency from air pocket insulation in our double panes was long ago lost, most were difficult to open, and cracks were happening. Further, the builder's decision to break our colonial house windows into 24 small panes broke up the great outside views.

Universal Windows Direct of Manchester was fantastic! We felt comfortable with the sales representative, the office staff was communicative and the installation date worked around our schedule. The crew who installed the windows were on time (to the minute!) of the appointment, left the house clean and the windows look great! We recommend them to anyone in need of new windows.

Universal Direct Windows of Manchester installed 2 entry doors in our home and we are very happy with the doors and very impressed with the workmanship of Michael and Nick who installed the doors. Everyone that we worked with at the company was a pleasure to work with beginning with Alex who showed us and explained to us about the doors that they installed. Andrea was great to work with as far as ordering and scheduling the work. Their prices were very competitive with several other estimates that we received.

Yesterday we had 15 windows installed by Universal Widows Direct Manchester. We have heard many replacement window horror stories both on personal level and reading many reviews. Our experience with Universal Widows Direct Manchester was the complete opposite from beginning to end. Scott who we spoke with at the NH Home Show, Alex who came to our home to explain/demonstrate their product, Bob who came to measure the windows and explain the installation process and Sean and Andrea who we met at the showroom were all very personable and attentive to our questions and concerns.

When we purchased our home last year, we knew that our wooden siding was going to need to be repainted. However, after winter came and the paint started to peel, we realized that much of the wood underneath was rotting. We decided to have our home resided with vinyl siding and got quotes from 5 different companies. When Alex came out to talk to us, it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us something. We felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and just wanted to make sure that our home was something that we loved. We decided to go with Universal Windows solely because we liked Alex so much, and the price for the scope of work was reasonable. The crew that came was incredible. The hours were 8-5:30, but most of them showed up around 7am and worked well past 6pm with no complaints, only smiles. They were kind, efficient, and clean. From start to finish, this has been a great experience. I'm so happy to have found UWD and will definitely contact them in the future should we need anything at all.
