Sean has spent more than 35 years in the windows, siding, roofing, manufacturing, and distribution industry right here in the Northeast. Over those decades — including 14 years as a regional manager for large national companies — he saw firsthand what the industry often got wrong: poor communication, rushed installations, high-pressure sales tactics, and homeowners left feeling like just another number.
He knew there had to be a better way.
Before becoming Universal Windows Direct of Manchester, the company operated as Exceptional Exteriors LLC., a locally owned business focused on craftsmanship, honesty, and treating homeowners right. Because of Sean’s background in manufacturing and distribution, he had access to virtually every major product line in the industry. After years of experience, he intentionally aligned with Universal Windows Direct and its exclusive UniShield product line for its engineering, durability, energy efficiency, and performance in New England’s demanding climate.
