Interpretation and Definitions

Termination

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties
Severability and Waiver
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

We chose UWD, Manchester NH, because of the quality of the ProVia door and a competitive price, which also included 2 windows. But the product is only as good as the installers. And I'm one of those people who watch all critical points of the tear out and installation. My sense is that UWD installers will apply the same level of care and attention to detail that I witnessed because it was standard practice. They were also courteous and willing to answer questions, even when they related to issues adjacent to their work but not within the scope of it. We were concerned at first because the installer who did final measurements and answered questions that were important to us, was not doing the actual installation. But our concerns were unfounded. The ProVia and UWD windows are the upgrade we were looking for and UWD sent very qualified and professional installers. I would highly recommend them.
Start to finish these guys were the best call, from sales to service everyone was polite happy professional and knowledgeable. They got 5 windows done in under 2 Hours! They took care of our home like it was their own, cleaning up, putting cloths down etc. Our windows look absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to do the rest of our house
Fantastic service before, during and after installation. Short timeline from ordering to install appointment. Financing was available and that was easy too. Pricing was better than many others and the windows are made with quality. With the warranty...can't beat it!

The windows that were installed in my home are excellent. They are easy to operate and look beautiful. We decided on a garden window over the kitchen sink which is very nice. The warranty that is included is second to none. And most importantly, the men who performed the work were great. They were very professional, conscientious and courteous. The job was extensive and involved replacing a lot of original 75 year old rotten wood framing. The 3 men worked skillfully in perfect coordination with each other to achieve every phase of the repairs, removal and installation - very, very impressive! I look forward to working with Universal Windows again, hopefully soon. Thank you, for a job Well Done!
Universal Windows replaced all the windows in our 25-year-old house constructed from poor, builder grade materials. A simple test of placing our hands on the inside window panes in winter proved that any energy efficiency from air pocket insulation in our double panes was long ago lost, most were difficult to open, and cracks were happening. Further, the builder's decision to break our colonial house windows into 24 small panes broke up the great outside views.
Universal Windows Direct of Manchester was fantastic! We felt comfortable with the sales representative, the office staff was communicative and the installation date worked around our schedule. The crew who installed the windows were on time (to the minute!) of the appointment, left the house clean and the windows look great! We recommend them to anyone in need of new windows.
From the original in home meeting, to the customer service prior to the windows being installed this company has been nothing but amazing! I have truly felt like I could call with any questions and they remembered who I was. The day of install the team arrived around 7AM and were set up by 8AM and 21 windows were replaced by 12 noon. I was shocked! The work was absolutely beautiful and efficient. They cleaned up after they were completed. I would highly recommend Universal Windows Direct of Manchester to anyone looking for new windows for their home. High quality windows, work and customer service. I couldn’t ask for anything better!
Universal Direct Windows of Manchester installed 2 entry doors in our home and we are very happy with the doors and very impressed with the workmanship of Michael and Nick who installed the doors. Everyone that we worked with at the company was a pleasure to work with beginning with Alex who showed us and explained to us about the doors that they installed. Andrea was great to work with as far as ordering and scheduling the work. Their prices were very competitive with several other estimates that we received.
Yesterday we had 15 windows installed by Universal Widows Direct Manchester. We have heard many replacement window horror stories both on personal level and reading many reviews. Our experience with Universal Widows Direct Manchester was the complete opposite from beginning to end. Scott who we spoke with at the NH Home Show, Alex who came to our home to explain/demonstrate their product, Bob who came to measure the windows and explain the installation process and Sean and Andrea who we met at the showroom were all very personable and attentive to our questions and concerns.
When we purchased our home last year, we knew that our wooden siding was going to need to be repainted. However, after winter came and the paint started to peel, we realized that much of the wood underneath was rotting. We decided to have our home resided with vinyl siding and got quotes from 5 different companies. When Alex came out to talk to us, it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us something. We felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and just wanted to make sure that our home was something that we loved. We decided to go with Universal Windows solely because we liked Alex so much, and the price for the scope of work was reasonable. The crew that came was incredible. The hours were 8-5:30, but most of them showed up around 7am and worked well past 6pm with no complaints, only smiles. They were kind, efficient, and clean. From start to finish, this has been a great experience. I'm so happy to have found UWD and will definitely contact them in the future should we need anything at all.
Universal Windows Direct was great to work with! They completed the project in a timely manner and were quick to replace a window that had arrived broken. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
