It's not often that a contractor or business fully exceeds my expectations, but that's what Universal Windows Direct of Manchester did. I needed a triple 3-foot French door replaced, but the tricky thing was that mine was 78" tall, not the standard 80" tall. No problem! They came and measured right away and gave me an expected delivery/installation date out a few weeks -- then delivered a couple of weeks ahead of schedule and the price was honestly quite a bit less than I expected! The installation crew was thorough and meticulous and left everything clean and done perfectly, in under about 3 hours. AND -- get this -- they took away the old door to refurbish and donate to Habitat for Humanity. This is an awesome company. I recommend them 100%.
